A few weeks ago, I casuallymentionned to one of my members, that she should come work for the company, that it was the best way to "keep it off". Well secretly, this lady went to my manager, filled out the paperwork, and now, not only do I get the recruitment bonus, but I get to train her!
Way to go Tammy!
